What a joke. I know its Christmas so times are busy but come on. I sent a parcel on the 12th which is only going somewhere an hour away. Its now the 18th and the tracking says it hasn't even left my local depot yet. Are you having laugh? Its been sat there for 6 days? I could've walked the damn thing there myself and back in 6 days. What an absolute joke. At Christmas they should just charge everyone a flat rate and make no promises to deliver by a date because that's clearly what happens. They just love grabbing your money. Royal mail? More like royal fail.
