So annoyed the postman has said he was unable to deliver my parcel - Didn't leave a card so I had to call the company I bought the gifts from and they told me - I am trying to call Royal Mail to book a collection instead and there service is so unhelpful.
@RoyalMail this year has been hard enough for everyone & now I have no idea where my parcel is or how to get through to you? I just feel like crying.
