The sooner Royal Mail and Parcel force are privatised the better as they are not fit for purpose. For the fourth time this year there have been delays with deliveries. I have paid for next day service for an item that should have arrived on the 16th of the 12th, it is now 6pm 18th of the 12th. By comparison I have received three other packages via other carriers on time, why ?
