My son ordered flowers to be delivered on my wife’s birthday. He ordered them well in advance.unfortunately the company use Royal Mail.
Despite the flowers being collected by the courier 2days before delivery they were actually delivered 6 days late.
So they had the flowers 8 days.
Who wants week old flowers 6 days after their birthday.
I told the delivery guy to return them
