The Royal mail has always been bad but this year it has reached a whole new level terrible. I haven’t had post in nearly two weeks but I see the mailman EVERYDAY!!!! First my car key was stolen out of the mail in August. All I received was a £20 cheque for the inconvenience. Then my actual car was stolen at the end of August. (coincidence? I think not). I am now waiting for my late mothers death certificate to be sent back to me and train tickets that were ordered at the beginning of December. I’ve spoken to both companies and they have assured me that both the certificate and the tickets were sent out, they haven’t arrived!!! I also had a friend sending me a parcel for Christmas we both live in East London I have the tracking number, yet still nothing has been updated on the website. The Royal mail is a disgrace and a joke of a company. It Had a chance to be respectable respectable company. The sooner it’s broken up the better.
