When will Royal Mail be declared Not Fit For Purpose. It obviously cannot cope in its present form and is desperate for reorganisation. Do not blame current circumstances for its demise, my area has known for some years that it has not received a 5 day service. Why is Royal Mail permitted its monopoly, whereby it yields an inferior service but demands an outlandish fee. I feel fleeced with no-one to offer protection. Current circumstances only highlight deficiencies, when will it change?
