I have spent £25 sending a regular lightweight parcel to Spain and after a week the parcel still hasn’t left the country. RM will blame Covid like every other company with bad customer service and poor logistics but you only need to read a few comments on this site.
The company is a disgrace. The word ‘royal’ is normally used to reflect a high standard. What a joke.
