Posted Parcel 2nd class signed for on 08/12/20. Parcel has still not arrived at destination only 70 miles away after 13 days. Parcel contains Christmas gifts. This company is a disgrace and must be broken up as they do not provide the service expected. Customer care is non existent and it is impossible to speak with anyone. What a shambles.
