Recieved a text message saying my item was going to be delived earlier today between 7.30am & 11.30am,then this evening recieved another message saying that my item was not delivered due to ne access.I will not publish online about how the royal mail does'nt know how to function.I will also inform all relevant departments.Cancel my delivery please,as i have no confidence in the royal mail.It was bad enough few years back when i did'nt recieve out british passports,as you delivery courier admitted he tried to deliver it several times at another address.TERRIBLE SERVICE !!!
