Royal Snail more appropriate although I think that would be infinitely faster. I should have had 3 parcels arrive today all sent special delivery by 1pm not one has arrived! One has now spent over 24 hours sat at Gatwick mail centre which is where I assume it will spend Christmas and I will be a gift short. My dogs could do a better job of running the postal service
