Where do I start posted signed for parcel 8th December still showing in transit,buyer wants a refund tried phoning customer service 60 minute wait ,online complaints will not work,post office says leave it a couple of weeks.Not received post for 5 days even though I know I have 7 letters on way dated from 7th of December onwards.They are not fit for purpose and should be made to repay all late delivery post,I will now have to fight for refund if parcel is lost any other firm would be investigated.
