On 14 december I posted two packages of cards at the local post office in Perth, Scotland for family members in Scotland and England. One contained a birthday card for the 19th. Nine days later, neither of these packages has arrived. Similarly, packages sent by family to me have not turned up.
This is beyond unacceptable.
