As ever Royal Mail are useless, we have been waiting 3 weeks for 1st class parcels to be delivered. Surprise not delivered.
Of course if pay for their premium services things arrive !
2021 prices are going up , but the service still won't improve, shareholder's before customers !!
Other companies for example DPD can get it right.
You can't blame Covid your competitors are coping.
