I have most of my Christmas cards delivered today, some of them were posted as far back as the 8th December. I posted a present and they happily took my money for first class 48 hour tracked, for it to be delivered 10 days later. Parcels sat at sorting offices for weeks again you pay 48 delivery. Why do they take your money knowingly they cannot meet the delivery date. Surly that is fraud? I have lost count of the damaged / soaked mail that we have received this year, I understand that this year has been difficult, but other companies have managed to deliver Christmas to their customers from shops, supermarkets and other delivery companies. COVID has just highlighted what a disgrace the Royal Mail is!
