Atrocious service, 3 times now special delivery has arrived late. The latest I’m told won’t arrive until Monday 6 days after it was posted. Charging customers extortionate prices for a service they know they cannot provide then telling me to contact seller for a refund. Completely fobbing me off and no accountability. Once I can live with, twice is annoying but 3 times is a joke. Also delivered one of my items to the wrong address somehow and it was never seen again. Once again told to contact the seller and never heard anything back. They’re not fit for purpose and I won’t use again.
