The most horrendous excuse for a company, and one which we're meant to be able to rely on. As a small business owner, they have caused me countless problems resulting in refunds, cancelled virtual events and lost items. I'm a painter, these items can't be replaced - they are one of a kind. To say I'm frustrated, not only at their service but at how impossible it is to get hold of them, would be an understatement. It's upsetting, not just disappointing.
