Received an ‘expect delivery today’ email - nothing
Tracking reported ‘delivery done’ next day - nothing
Reported issue to Snapfish next day - said wait 1 more business day
Finally delivery by R Mail van on a Sunday!!! 2 days later
Snapfish customer service apologise but will not credit me or pursue my claim.... Royal Mail website states take up issue with sender.
