3 parcels missing in a short period of time, and some of my relatives are still awaiting Christmas cards I posted 6 weeks ago!!!
Never again am I going to waste any money on this non-service.
Royal Mail is going down. Disgusting.
Now encouraging everyone I buy anything from to use Hermes or other courier.
