Horrible service. Some of our Christmas gifts still lost over a month overdue.
Redirection service appalling. Website not functional. Letters delivered late, and sometimes to the wrong address. Rude staff. Forced to register with Royal Mail ,but our details are not safe and even when you unsubscribe, you still receive emails from them for surveys and marketing. When you demand to delete account, your details remain on their data. Just appalling.
