Terrible service, waiting for my bank card now it's taken too long and has to be re sent. As a key worker don't have time to walk in to the bank so left me struggling. I have zero hope when I get home from work my card and post will be there. You pride yourself for working through the pandemic but for the service people are recieving you might as well shut, to be honest makes no difference to me or many because there is no service for months now.
