Shocking. Posty leaves parcels where he likes in all weathers and doesn't tell us. Whenever we send things, if they arrive, they arrive late and they appear to not even bother confirming tracked deliveries now so I don't even know if its arrived. Utterly useless. What has happened to this once great company.
