The Royal Mail tracking app is absolutely pointless. According to the app I have 5 parcels where the postman could not get access, 3 parcels where the app comes up with sorry no further information yet all my parcels were delivered.
It’s a comedy of Errors, your best scrapping it Royal Mail your a joke.
