There is something inherently wrong with Royal Mail. Make no doubt about it, they are completely unaccountable to anyone.
Missing letters - aah that's because of Covid
Lost letters - Ditto
Lost Parcels - Ditto
Advertising services to the public that they plainly do not have any intention of fulfilling. Did you know that 'Tracked 24' is just an aim and it can take up to 7 working days longer than this? That's in Royal Mail's T&C's, which I was told to read after I finally got through to their complaints department after 61 minutes. They are quite happy taking the extra money though. (I would call this 'taking money under false pretences').
I could have sent them an email to complain but it can take longer than 10 working days to get a reply (apparently). If you don't believe this, please take a look at their site which categorically states this fact.
Delivery offices that open 3 hours a day. Why? - aah Covid is the reason.
No 'Live Help' available (except for business customers).
No Facebook options.
The list goes on
Yes, as I said, truly unaccountable to anyone.
