Every time I order online and realise the delivery company is Royal Mail my heart sinks.
If you are lucky enough to receive your parcel it is invariably late.
The Mothers' Day parcel that I ordered last week using the Tracked 24 service has not arrived and has been stuck in the black abyss of Jubilee MC for over a week. Don't have much hope of this turning up .... what an shoddy, shoddy service.
