My wife set up on line a redirection of mail when moving home for one year. Although she filled in the names of the householders for some reason hers was not included. When contacting the royal mail they charged her another ten pounds to add her name. Of course my wife raised a formal complaint, they did not reply within their fourteen day period. When phoning to enquire about her complaint, she had the unfortunate experience of speaking to the most unhelpful person she has dealt with.
I can not believe the royal mail can act as it does and employs people of this calibre. Please be aware when booking this service that you cross your Ts and dot your Is.
