Royal mail tracked 24 is a joke.
My parcel headed south instead of North, it's destination was Cheshire but 2 days later it was in Hemel Hempstead.
It arrived at its destination 3 days after being accepted at the local post office. I wrote them an email - no apology they suggested i use guaranteed next time - there wont be a next time - Royal mail is beyond a joke, they really are not accountable and they really don't give a sh1t.
