Debra parcel on the 28th April. Still not arrived and no help from Royal Mail tracking it. They told me to wait 10 days. 3 days trying to get through to customer services and then they now tell me to wait another 5 days. What is the point of paying extra for next day signed delivery when you cannot track my item. Surely this gives people the opportunity to steal your parcel as it cannot be tracked.
