Send off my day 8 Covid testing by Special Delivery guaranteed to be delivered the next day by 1pm to ensure that the biological specimen will be delivered within the 48 hours window. Royal mail has failed to deliver the package in consequence of which I lost money, could not go to work and had to repeat the testing process again! Royal Mail no longer so Royal?!
