Sent a birthday parcel to my brother. He's been at the same address for 30 years. Returned to me undelivered after three weeks saying 'insufficient address'. The POST OFFICE says it is nothing to do with them but between me and the ROYAL MAIL. Royal Mail can't be phoned, messaged or emailed. So I'm down £7.80 & no one wants to know. Pathetic.
