I wish I’d read all these reviews before posting my large letter with 24 hour tracked. The letter contained important blood samples for tests I was already anxious enough about, without the added stress of them potentially being lost in the post. Tracking as others say, is useless. The recipient eventually informed me my package had arrived, several days late, but the tracking was never updated. I will definitely not be relying on Royal Mail for anything important again. It’s not the first bad experience I’ve had - some birthday cards never got delivered a few months back too. I feel for everyone who’s suffered as a consequence of their poor service.
