48 hour tracked is nothing of the sort several of mine have taken up to 10 days .Oddly when I went to the post office to post a parcel I asked for a 10 day service and they said they don't have one Stange I thought it was called 48 hour tracked .
Poor service seems to be the normal for royal mail
