Royal Mail don't care about their already terrible reputation but they are the worst. They send emails saying delivery due day then tracking says still in another country, they send letters and important personal mail to wrong addresses, lose items without a care. If ever I do online shopping and I realise the company uses Royal mail I get a sense of dread. They have a monopoly in this country, very unfortunate.
