I bought Halo 3 package from BT (British Telecommunication company) at begining of July. On July 12, Royal Mail send me six messages that my pacel will be delivered "in the next day", but they failed to send it, on July14, 21, 22, 23, 24, they continuesly send me the same message and continuously failed to deliver my pacel. Every time, they failed to send my pacel, they said "it was not possible to identify the delivery address". Actually, BT gave them the correct address, Royal Mail's guy responsible for delivery just ignor the details of the address and return it back to BT. It's completely not professional and thoroughly unacceptable. What a bad company like that?
