Wish I could give them -0 due to their incompetent and inept service.
Last Wednesday I paid for an important letter to be sent for signed delivery. As of now (4/8/21) that letter remains undelivered. Royal mail used to be a respected efficient organisation but it's an absolute disgrace now, totally shambolic with those donkeys running the show. I feel sorry for their staff.
