I am always waiting for letters and deliveries much longer than I used too. Which is not ideal when you are waiting in important documents or have paid extra for a 1st class delivery . I get mail twice a week and it’s usually like it’s been collected for a couple of days before they finally get around to posting it. It’s awful and the service has got worse since it got floated.
