Terrible customer service. Ordered from Amazon on Saturday, should have been delivered by Royal Mail on the Monday, it was not
Checked tracking and it had only made its way halfway and had been mis-sorted and was stuck 1 hour from where Iive. Customer services disinterested. Then it was sent back halfway across the country and is still there according to tracking. It is now Thursday and it is exactly where it started. Incompetence of a level I always thought impossible.
