I sent a parcel 2 weeks ago to my son in Germany and it hasn’t even left the UK yet.( It is not an area affected by July floods.)
I am visiting my son in 3 weeks now and can’t seem to get the parcel back from the black hole it’s floating around in.
What a disgraceful “service”.
