avoid avoid avoid at all costs. 7 out of 10 items do NOT get marked as delivered. So you have to give refunds as you have no proof. postmen/women incompetent cant do job properly, disgrace..... you dont get the service for which you pay. NO customer service, only hope they get what they deserve a great drop in service-they dont deserve to be in business and do not deserve had working peoples money. time and again there are problem after problem. £12 for special next day delivery takes 5 days. parcel after parcel going missing. sort your business out and look after those thats keeping you in business.
