Do Not use their collection service, I'm currently off work with a broken leg and needed to send a parcel so i decided to use royal mail collection service. The collection was booked between 8.15 - 12.15 no show, at 7pm i got an email saying they won't be collecting my parcel and to rebook or get a refund. I won't be trusting this service again as i needed the parcel to be delivered the next day and not when they can be bothered to pick it up.
