Royal mail are terrible! I checked with my supplier as my item hadn't been received today when shipping was due between 21/24 Nov. The tracking number indicated my item has been attempted to be delivered on the 17th Nov and was returned to Rochdale DO, then it said I had picked up my parcel on the 18th! I couldn't have as I didn't know they had even attempted delivery until this morning when I tracked the code from the shipper, also as they didn't leave a card, I don't believe they had even attempted delivery if I am honest. This is the 3rd time Royal Mail Rochdale have lied about deliveries I will not order from the supplier again because they use royal mail!
