continuously loose parcels leaving me with annoyed customers , tracking is useless , anywhere else there service would be classed as theft, i never thought it was possible to make this statement but let Hermes run it at least there couriers need to go to work to earn a living as opposed to the postman pats wandering around and taking sick days continuously, it may sound harsh but just try doing what we pay for ,, deliver the letters/parcels
