I had a very specific time slot for a delivery today 02/12 between 12.18 and 2.18
reference number is FN214895619GB. I waited in especially. I was told that this is a second class delivery. It was posted on Monday 29th of November.
Why send an email with specific times if it is not correct and if problems why not send an update!!
