2 lost items within 1 (!) Month!!!
1st was my dads death certificate,
2nd pressent for Christmas what was delivered to somebody else as tracking says - delivered...
Mayby postmen should take a picture of the reciever... i dont know, at the end of the day, we pay them for service...
