Absolutely awful service.
In my opinion they are always late, never on time. When I pay for service guaranteed on Saturday until 1pm delivery arrive on Tuesday. The customer service hides behind automatic functions, making a call to talk to someone is almost a miracle. Next, tracking no. never works, worst possible service and I don't mean the holiday season. They always have problems and facing issues.
