They constantly miss delivery windows because their policy doesn’t guarantee delivery in the estimated time slot. Waiting times on support are horrendous for 2021 (soon 2022), I waited for 52min until I went through just to be told they don’t have the technology for live tracking and they’re “the bushiest company in the U.K.”. I’ve had to wait 3 days since the day Royal Mail received my item from the store for it to be delivered, and I live in London?! No support available for deaf people - I tried using texting, they don’t respond, no live chat with real human customer support available. I’d highly recommend choosing any other courier if available. I wish more companies were like Amazon - fast, reliable and with remarkable support!
