Ordered a package with Royal Mail Tracked 24, and 6 days later, I get an update saying it is due to be delivered today.
Called Royal Mail at 15:43 as package still hasn’t arrived, and was told there is an error on the website and it won’t be delivered until tomorrow, almost a week later on a 24h service.
