Horrendous service for small businesses.
I’ve had to refund many customers for parcels not arriving despite paying extra for a signature which they add an extra charge for.
Now I have to close my EBay shop early because I’m having to refund too many buyers as they say their parcels have not arrived and getting a response from Royal Mail is like banging your head against a brick wall. Absolutely useless and it’s about time we had more couriers to chose from and make Royal Mail realise they need to do better or loose customers because they obviously think they are untouchable and think they can treat customers in the way they do because there’s not many other options. I’m definitely looking into new couriers!
