record email from Royal Mail "item advised to Royal Mail" complete with a tracking number. Checked several times and after trying various options found some info. Package sent via Netherlands postal service, fully tracked up to arrival in UK, however 5 days later it's still not recorded at Royal Mail, called their help number and was told "we ain't got a clue where it is!" Royal Mail unfit for purpose
