Absolute 'Royal Joke'! Have to refund my ebay buyers as they haven't received their parcels 2 weeks after postage so now out of pocket. To Try speak to someone regarding this your waiting over an hour to be told don't know where it is? Tracking don't even work says update when delivered......nice one! Not only that I personally waiting for xmas parcel to come from relatives in Australia they posted a month ago I'm still waiting for that what is going on?
