I changed form purchasing from Ebay, because the Royal said they had delivered an item, but I never received it, they did not notify on email on the day, they did not show any proof of delivery, only map. It cost me £18, so I changed to Amazon, but now I am still waiting, and yes it's the Royal Mail. All company's should display who the delivery company before any purchase is made
